Push’n Hard!
every once in awhile someone recognizes me at the gym but they never say hi, they just wait until they get home and send me an email. one guy told me i look serious at the gym but i like to call it “pain”…lol i love get’n pumped while listening to good tunes!
they always say no pain no gain.you got some nice muscles.
can i say hi if i see you at the gym.
i guess i might have an intense look on my face while working out so i probably don’t look friendly at the gym but you know better 🙂
yeah i do ,id spot you anytime,and buy you a protein drink after:)
mmm, they have one called “protein blast” and it’s almost as yummy as the real protein blast 🙂
i know theres so many different protein shakes now..it makes working out alot more rewarding after when you can have a treat after your hard work.
